How to Access & Return Your Golf Cart Key

  • Step 1: Locate the lockbox — it’s positioned just above the rear driver-side tire well.
  • Step 2: Enter the keycode sent to you via email and text message.
  • Step 3: Turn the Black knob on top of the lockbox to open it.
  • Step 4: When returning the key, place it fully inside the box, then repeat the same steps to securely close and lock it.

Having trouble opening the box?

  • Press the middle button on the bottom row to reset the lockbox.
  • Then re-enter your keycode and try again.
  • Make sure the key is completely inside the box before attempting to close it.

Charging Text Instructions

  • Step 1: Lift the rear seat and locate the extension cord in the storage compartment underneath.
  • Step 2: Unwind the extension cord and plug it into the cart’s charging unit located below the seat on the driver’s side.
  • Step 3: Plug the other end of the extension cord into a standard wall outlet.
  • Tip: You can run the cord under a door — it’s safe to shut and lock the door over the cord.
  • Step 4: Ensure the outlet is working by plugging in your phone or another device to test it.
    If the cart isn’t charging, try a different outlet or reset any flipped breakers.
  • Step 5: Leave the cart plugged in until you need to use it again.
    Charge time varies, but most carts are fully charged overnight.
  • Step 6: Unplug the cart at the wall first, then disconnect from the cart itself. Store the cord back under the rear seat after use.
