How to Access & Return Your Golf Cart Key
- Step 1: Locate the lockbox — it’s positioned just above the rear driver-side tire well.
- Step 2: Enter the keycode sent to you via email and text message.
- Step 3: Turn the Black knob on top of the lockbox to open it.
- Step 4: When returning the key, place it fully inside the box, then repeat the same steps to securely close and lock it.
Having trouble opening the box?
- Press the middle button on the bottom row to reset the lockbox.
- Then re-enter your keycode and try again.
- Make sure the key is completely inside the box before attempting to close it.

Charging Text Instructions
- Step 1: Lift the rear seat and locate the extension cord in the storage compartment underneath.
- Step 2: Unwind the extension cord and plug it into the cart’s charging unit located below the seat on the driver’s side.
- Step 3: Plug the other end of the extension cord into a standard wall outlet.
- Tip: You can run the cord under a door — it’s safe to shut and lock the door over the cord.

Step 4: Ensure the outlet is working by plugging in your phone or another device to test it.
If the cart isn’t charging, try a different outlet or reset any flipped breakers. -
Step 5: Leave the cart plugged in until you need to use it again.
Charge time varies, but most carts are fully charged overnight. - Step 6: Unplug the cart at the wall first, then disconnect from the cart itself. Store the cord back under the rear seat after use.

- Step 3: Plug the other end of the extension cord into a standard wall outlet.

Step 4: To ensure the cart is getting proper charge, check the indicator lights on the cart battery located behind the drivers seat. The light will be on, steady or flashing, letting you know it is getting electricity.
